2. Scope
This page describes processing on overcode.tv, the OverCode company website. It does not replace the product privacy policy for Songify.
Songify website, login, widgets, and desktop-app backend processing are described at songify.rocks/privacypolicy. Who Said It privacy controls for recorded chat live on whosaidit.dev. Streamcrew for VigilTGI is documented on bot.vigiltgi.com. STUDIO processing lives on studio.overcode.tv.
3. What this website processes
This site is a static marketing site. It does not use advertising cookies, a consent banner, or third-party analytics.
- Hosting logs. The host may store technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for security and operations.
- Theme preference. Light/dark mode is stored in your browser under
localStoragekeyovercode-theme. It does not leave your device. - Public Songify statistics. The homepage and Songify product page request public aggregate stats from
https://api.songify.rocks/v2/stats. That request is made by your browser. No account data is sent by this website. - Contact. If you email hello@overcode.tv or jan@bloemacher.com, we process the content of that message to reply.
4. Legal bases

5. Recipients
Personal data is not sold. Hosting/infrastructure providers process technical logs as needed to serve the site. External links (GitHub, Discord, Songify, STUDIO, Who Said It, Streamcrew) lead to services with their own privacy policies.
6. Retention
Hosting logs follow the host’s retention. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and any legal requirements. Theme preference stays in your browser until you clear it.
7. Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. To exercise rights for this website, email hello@overcode.tv.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Germany this is typically the authority for your federal state.

This website is not directed at children.
